Changes in body composition during chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer

目的探究乳腺癌患者化疗期间机体成分的变化。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月于杭州市妇产科医院接受治疗的的Ⅰ~Ⅲc期乳腺癌患者92例,均行化疗治疗,分析化疗前后患者进行机体成分变化。结果配对样本t检验结果显示,患者化疗前后健康评分、体质量、骨骼肌、无机盐、体脂比、体重指数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);重复测量的方差分析显示,患者化疗前后体质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。EC-T组和TC组不同时期体质量比较差异无统计学意义。结论乳腺癌患者在化疗期间的机体成分变化较大,其中体质量增加、体重指数升高及体脂比升高等可能会对患者的预后产生不利影响,因此,监测化疗期间患者的体成分,可指导医生对患者的营养状况进行干预,改善预后。

Objective To explore the changes of body composition in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,92 patients with stage I-IIIc breast cancer who were treated in Hangzhou Women's Hospital were treated with chemotherapy.The changes of body composition were analyzed before and after chemotherapy.Results The results of paired sample t test showed that there were significant differences in health score,body mass,skeletal muscle,inorganic salt,body fat ratio and body mass index before and after chemotherapy(P<0.001);analysis of variance of repeated measurement showed that there was significant difference in body mass before and after chemotherapy(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in body weight between EC-T group and TC group.Conclusion The body composition changes of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy are large.Body weight,body mass index and body fat ratio may have adverse effects on the prognosis of patients.Therefore,monitoring the body composition of patients during chemotherapy can guide doctors to intervene in patients'feeding status and improve their prognosis.
