彩色多普勒超声对反复自然流产患者子宫容受性评价的价值分析

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in evaluation of uterine receptivity in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对反复自然流产患者子宫容受性评价的价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月本院收治的反复流产患者45例,根据患者超声检测下是否有卵黄囊分为妊娠组(n=21)和非妊娠组(n=24)。全部患者均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,监测子宫内膜,评价子宫内膜受容性。结果两组子宫内膜厚度与内膜容积比较差异无统计学意义;两组子宫动脉血流搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、收缩期峰值血流速度与舒张末期血流速度比值(S/D)比较差异无统计学意义;妊娠组子宫螺旋动脉RI、PI与S/D值低于非妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反复自然流产患者子宫容受性评价中彩色多普勒超声应用价值较高,可通过检测子宫螺旋动脉血流参数判断患者是否妊娠,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the evaluation of uterine receptivity in patients with recurrent sponta-neous abortion.Methods 45 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and they were divided into pregnancy group(n=21)and non pregnancy group(n=24)according to the presence of yolk sac under ultrasound detection.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound to monitor endometrium and evaluate endometrial receptivity.Results There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness and endometrial volume between the two groups;there was no significant difference in uterine ar-tery pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),systolic peak blood flow velocity and end diastolic blood flow velocity ratio(S/D);RI,PI and S/D of uterine spiral artery in pregnancy group were lower than those in non pregnancy group.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has certain applica-tion value in the evaluation of uterine receptivity in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,it is worthly of clinical promotion.
