吡格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的应用价值

Application value of pioglitazone combined with metformin in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的研究吡格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用吡格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,比较两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、不良反应发生率、治疗效果及CRP和IL-6水平。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吡格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者效果显著,可明显改善血糖水平,且安全性高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To study the application value of pioglitazone combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pioglitazone combined with metformin,and the control group was treated with routine treatment.The fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,2h postprandial blood glucose,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment effect and levels of CRP and IL-6 were compared between the two groups.Results After treat-ment,the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total ef-fective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pioglitazone combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.It can significantly improve blood sugar level,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
