腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗绝经后卵巢可触及综合征患者的疗效观察

Effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on postmenopausal patients with palpable ovarian syndrome

目的探讨腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗绝经后卵巢可触及综合征患者的疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月本院收治的绝经后卵巢可触及综合征患者146例,按照手术方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组73例。对照组采用传统开腹手术进行治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、手术情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.89%,高于对照组的82.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间略长于对照组,但差异无统计学意义;观察组术中出血量少于对照组,术后排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为1.36%,低于对照组的8.21%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗绝经后卵巢可触及综合征患者效果优于传统开腹手术,可减少术中出血量,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on postmenopausal patients with palpable ovarian syn-drome.Methods 146 cases of postmenopausal patients with palpable ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical methods,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,operation situa-tion,complication rate between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.89%,which was higher than 82.19%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was slightly longer than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the postoperative exhaust time and the hospitalization time were shorter than that in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.36%,lower than 8.21%t in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is better than traditional open surgery in the treatment of postmenopausal ovarian palpabili-ty syndrome,and can reduce intraoperative blood loss and shorten the hospital stay,which is worthy of clinical application.
