多孔石墨烯分子印迹传感器测定2,4-D研究

摘要 基于柠檬酸三钠和水热反应的共还原作用,结合冷冻干燥法制备了具有多孔结构的石墨烯,利用该材料良好的导电性、较大的比表面积,将其作为印迹基质,以邻苯二胺为功能单体,通过电化学聚合法,构建了能对2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)灵敏测定的电化学传感器。该传感器对2,4-D测定的线性范围为5.0×10^(-11)~2.5×10^(-8) mol/L,检出限为7.82×10^(-12) mol/L(S/N=3)。该传感器能用于豆芽菜中2,4-D的检测。 Based on the coreduction of trisodium citrate and hydrothermal reaction,graphene with porous structure was prepared by freeze-drying method.Using the good conductivity and large specific surface area of the porous graphene(PG)as the imprinting matrix,o-phenylenediamine as the functional monomer,an electrochemical sensor for sensitive determination of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D)was constructed by electrochemical polymerization imprinting process.The linear range of 2,4-D is 5.0×10^(-11)~2.5×10^(-8) mol/L,and the detection limit is 7.82×10^(-12) mol/L(s/N=3).The sensor can be used to detect 2,4-D in bean sprouts.
