论甘温除热法在虚热肺痿证治中的应用

On the application of removing heat with sweet-and warm-natured medicines in the differentiation and treatment of lung flaccidity with deficient heat syndrome

肺痿是一种肺脏的慢性虚损性疾患,临床以虚热肺痿常见,其本质离不开内伤而呈现一派虚热之象。甘温除热法由李东垣始,是一种以性甘温药物治疗内伤发热的治则。通过对前者病因的整理和后者理论的探析,认为甘温补法在临床虚热肺痿的治疗中占有一定地位。

Lung flaccidity is a chronic deficiency disease of the lungs,while lung flaccidity with deficient heat syndrome is its commonest sub-type in clinic,which is caused by internal injuries and is manifested as deficiencyheat.Initiated by Li Dongyuan,the method of removing heat with sweet-and warm-natured medicines is viewed as a principle for the treatment of the heat syndrome caused by internal injuries.Through analyzing the etiology of lung flaccidity and exploring the theory of removing heat with sweet-and warm-natured medicines,it is believed that the tonifying method with sweet-and warm-natured medicines plays a certain role in the clinical treatment of lung flaccidity with deficient heat syndrome.
