孙伟从“金水相生”论治慢性肾脏病经验探析

An exploration on Sun Wei’s experience in the differentiation and treatment of chronic kidney disease based on the theory of“mutual generation of metal and water”

慢性肾脏病病机错综复杂,往往本虚与标实并见。孙伟教授将慢性肾脏病的病机概括为“肾虚湿热(瘀)”,提出以补益肺肾,活血清利之法治疗慢性肾病,对临床实践具有指导意义。本文论述了肺肾相依的生理特点,介绍了孙师从“金水相生,肺肾同治”角度论治慢性肾脏病的治疗经验,并从肺肠肾轴、粘膜免疫等角度提出相关理论依据,以期为临床实践提供指导。

The pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a complicated one,and the deficiency in root cause and the excess in manifestations usually together contribute to it.Professor Sun Wei summarizes its pathogenesis as“kidney deficiency and damp-heat(blood stasis)”,and proposes the method of invigorating the lung and kidney,promoting the blood circulation and clearing damp-heat to treat the disease,which has a guiding significance for clinical practice.This article discusses the physiological characteristics of the interdependence of lung and kidney,introduces Professor Sun Wei’s experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease from the perspective of“mutual generation of metal and water,treating the lung and kidney diseases simultaneously”,and puts forward the relevant theoretical bases for his treatment method from the perspectives of the lung-intestine-kidney axis,mucosal immunity,etc.,with a view to provide a guidance for clinical practice.
