柴胡疏肝汤加减对甲状腺功能亢进患者的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of Chaihu Shugan Decoction on patients with hyperthyroidism

目的分析柴胡疏肝汤加减对甲状腺功能亢进患者的治疗效果。方法将2019年12月-2020年4月保定市第一中医院内分泌科收治的60例心肝火旺证的甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。观察组采用甲巯咪唑片联合柴胡疏肝汤加减进行治疗,对照组单独使用甲巯咪唑片进行治疗,2组均治疗3个月。观察2组治疗3个月后的疗效,比较2组治疗前和治疗3个月后甲状腺功能、甲状腺自身免疫指标及氧化应激指标水平。结果治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组(66.67%,P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗3个月后2组血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗3个月后2组血清FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4、TG、TRAb、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺微粒体抗体(TMAb)、丙二醛(MDA)水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝汤加减可有效改善甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺功能,同时减轻机体氧化应激反应,具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of modified Chaihu Shugan Decoction on patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods From December 2019 to April 2020,a total of 60 patients with hyperthyroidism with the syndrome of exuberant fire of heart and liver admitted to the department of endocrinology in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).The observation group was treated with methimazole tablets combined with modified Chaihu Shugan Decoction,and the control group was treated with methimazole tablets alone.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The curative effect of the two groups after 3 months of treatment was observed,and the levels of thyroid function,thyroid autoimmune indexes and oxidative stress indexes were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)were increased in the two groups after 3 months of treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serums FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4,TG,TRAb,anti-thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),thyroid microsomal antibody(TMAb),and malondialdehyde(MDA)were decreased in the two groups after 3 months of treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan Decoction can effectively improve the thyroid function of patients with hyperthyroidism,and at the same time reduce the body’s oxidative stress,having a good therapeutic effect.
