针刺与西药对体外受精-胚胎移植取卵术清醒镇痛作用比较研究

Comparison of the analgesic effects of the acupuncture and western medicine treatment in the IVF-ET oocyte retrieval operation under an awake state

目的系统比较针刺与西药对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)取卵术清醒镇痛的作用。方法2021年2月10日电子检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wanfang)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed中建库至检索日针刺与西药对IVF-ET取卵术清醒镇痛作用的随机对照研究文献,用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入文献10篇,涉及患者1896例(试验组893例、对照组1003例),针刺在清醒状态下降低IVF-ET取卵术疼痛的VAS评分(P<0.01,MD=-1.28,95%CI=[-2.20,-0.37])和疼痛积分(P<0.05,MD=-1.23,95%CI=[-2.16,-0.30])方面优于西药,但镇痛总有效率没有显著差异(RR=1.18,P>0.05,95%CI=[0.94,1.37])。结论针刺对IVF-ET取卵术清醒镇痛的作用优于西药,但两者的总有效率差异不显著。

Objective To systematically compare the analgesic effect of the acupuncture therapy with that of the western medicine treatment in the in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)oocyte retrieval operation under an awake state.Methods On February 10,2021,all the randomized controlled studies in this respect,starting from the establishment of the concerning networks to the retrieval date,were searched electronically in the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database(Wanfang),VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)and PubMed.And a Meta-analysis was performed on the retrieved literature with the RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 10 randomized controlled studies involving 1896 patients(893 in the experimental group and 1003 in the control group)were included in this study.The acupuncture therapy was better than the western medicine treatment in reducing the VAS score(P<0.01,MD=-1.28,95%CI=[-2.20,-0.37])and the pain score(P<0.05,MD=-1.23,95%CI=[-2.16,-0.30])in the IVF-ET oocyte retrieval operation under an awake state.However,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate of analgesia between the two methods(RR=1.18,P>0.05,95%CI=[0.94,1.37]).Conclusion The analgesic effect of the acupuncture therapy in the IVF-ET oocyte retrieval operation under an awake state is better than that of the conventional western medicine treatment,but the difference in the total effective rate between the two methods is not significant.
