在役核电站环吊检修拱架超高顶升安装施工技术

摘要 在役核电站环吊检修拱架安装须在核电站检修窗口期内完成,其作业空间受限且作业条件苛刻,按常规安装方法无法满足要求,安装作业风险高,工期短,难度大,对经济影响大。针对安装难点,采用基于专用顶升设备的超高分段顶升旋转施工流程,介绍专用顶升设备、安装过程中的无线监测系统,并对检修拱架本体进行了有限元分析验证。 Installation of the ring crane maintenance arch frame jacking of the in-service nuclear power plant must be completed within the nuclear power plant maintenance window period.Due to limited working space and difficult working conditions,traditional installation methods cannot meet the requirements.The installation operation is of high risk,short construction period,high difficulty,and high economic impact.The super-high segmented jacking and rotating construction process based on special jacking equipment was adopted to solve the installation difficulties.The special jacking equipment and the wireless installation monitoring system were introduced,and the finite element analysis and verification were carried out for the maintenance of arch body.
