摘要
以黑龙江安达市某农宅节能改造为例,借助Energyplus软件研究发泡混凝土板、XPS、EPS对农宅采暖能耗的影响,引入P1-P2经济模型NPV值提出发泡混凝土板厚度与净现值的关系。研究结果表明,相同厚度时发泡混凝土板节能效果优于XPS、EPS;改造资金条件相同时发泡混凝土板略差于XPS、EPS结合;安达地区农宅发泡混凝土板厚度推荐为100 mm。
Taking the energy-saving renovation of a rural house in Anda City of Heilongjiang Province as an example,Energyplus software was used to study the influence of foamed concrete plate,XPS and EPS on the energy consumption of rural house heating.The relationship between the thickness of foamed concrete plate and the net present value was proposed by introducing the NPV value of the P1-P2 economic model.The results showed that the energy-saving effect of foamed concrete plate with the same thickness was better than that of XPS and EPS.When the renovation fund condition was same,the foamed concrete plate was slightly worse than the combination of XPS and EPS.The thickness of the foamed concrete board for rural houses in Anda area was recommended to be 100mm.
