摘要
某研发中心办公楼由于建筑功能、地震动参数、抗震设防类别及结构抗震等级变化,致使原结构无法满足标准提升后的抗震要求,需进行加固改造。经多方案研究比选采用消能子结构法——增设屈曲约束支撑的加固方案,通过增加结构附加刚度和附加阻尼比的方法满足了抗震要求,体现了加固方案的优越性。
Due to the change of building function,ground motion parameter,seismic fortification category and seismic grade,the original structure failed to meet the new seismic requirements and reinforcement was necessary.After comparison among different schemes,the energy dissipation substructure method setting buckling restrained braces was used.This method increased the structure additional stiffness and additional damping ratio to meet the seismic performance requirements and fully showed its advantages in the existing structure reinforcement.
