摘要
我国无缝线路传统铺轨方式是先用工具轨铺成工程线,再使用长轨列车将在工厂焊接的500 m长钢轨运至工程线上换铺钢轨。莫桑比克纳卡拉走廊铁路轨道工程中,采用焊轨机选在现场将12.5 m短钢轨焊接成长钢轨,再由人工铺设500 m长轨线路的新施工技术。通过该项目应用证明这项新技术具有施工简单、经济适用、节约成本和提高工效的特点。
Domestic traditional seamless rail paving method paves tooling track rail into engineering line first and then uses long rail train to carry the factory-welded 500m long steel rail to the engineering line.In the Nacala Corridor railway project in Mozambique,the 12.5m long steel rails were welded in site into longer rail and then 500m long rail line was artificially paved.After application in the Nacala Corridor railway project,it was found that this method has many characteristics,such as convenient construction,high applicability,low construction cost and high construction efficiency,etc.
