摘要
为研究建筑模架构件变形破坏特征,设计模架进行实时监测。结合试验室试验、数值模拟和现场实测数据分析,表明连墙杆对模架受力变形有很大影响,故在模架支撑体系中应尽量设置连墙杆以加强模架的稳定性。设计模架支撑体系时应充分考虑梁柱间各节点的结构形式,选择相应的支撑体系;还应注意不同区域的混凝土浇筑顺序,以避免模架立杆因受力不均而失稳。
A real-time monitoring instrument was designed to study the deformation and failure characteristics of building formwork components.Based on the laboratory test,numerical simulation and field measurement data analysis,it was found the wall-connecting rod had great influence on deformation of formwork.Therefore,the wall-connecting rod should be better set in the field formwork support system to strengthen its stability.The design of formwork support system should give full consideration to the different structural forms of each node between beam and column,and should select appropriate formwork support system.Meanwhile,attention should also be paid to the concrete pouring sequence in different areas to avoid the instability of formwork pole due to uneven stress.
