摘要
选取18头新生仔公猪,随机分为对照组(C组)、博落回提取物组(M组)、抗生素组(D组),分别隔天灌服1 mL生理盐水、8 mg/mL博落回提取物和5 mg/mL金霉素,于7 d和21 d每组处死3头并取盲肠内容物,采用16S rRNA测序技术对微生物菌群特征进行分析。结果显示,博落回提取物可提高肠道菌群物种丰度,减少分类操作单位(operational taxonomic units,OTU)数量,调节菌群结构;属水平组间差异分析显示肠杆菌、厌氧菌、考拉杆菌属、Fournierella存在显著性差异;同源群簇分析发现,涉及在物质运输和代谢的基因最多,基因功能系统分析的数据库(kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes,KEGG)显示代谢通路占比最多。表明博落回提取物可调节哺乳仔猪肠道微生物群落结构,提高有益菌群丰度,降低有害菌群丰度,调节物质运输和代谢。
The purpose was to analyze the effect of Macleaya cordata extract(MCE)on the gut microbiota in suckling piglets.In the experiment,18 newborn boars were selected and divided into the control group(C group),MCE group(M group)and the antibiotic group(D group),respectively.The piglets were gavaged every other day with 1 mL saline,MCE(8 mg/mL),and chlortetracycline(5mg/mL).Three piglets were slaughtered in each group on 7th day and 21th day,and the contents of the cecum were sampled.The samples were analyzed through 16S rRNA sequencing technology.The results showed that the MCE could increase the species abundance,reduce the number of OTUs,regulate gut microbial structure composition.Significance analysis at genus levels showed that Intestinibacter,Anaerofilum,Phascolarctobacterium and Fournierella were selected.COG function analysis revealed that genes involved in substance transport and metabolism were the most.The KEGG primary pathway analysis showed that metabolic pathway accounted for the largest proportion.MCE could regulate gut microbiota and substance transport and metabolism,increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria and inhibit harmful bacteria in suckling piglets.
