中药缓解玉米赤霉烯酮毒性研究进展

Progress on Zearalenone Toxicities Alleviated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Ingredients

玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)是一种类雌激素真菌毒素,动物食入后可以对机体产生生殖毒性、遗传毒性和免疫毒性等多种毒性作用,尤其以生殖毒性为主。对雄性动物和雌性动物产生不同的生殖系统破坏作用。大量资料表明,中药的有效成分藏红花、番茄红素、原花青素、水飞蓟素和虎杖苷等可降低其毒性,缓解其毒性作用。论文通过对玉米赤霉烯酮毒性作用及中药有效成分缓解其毒性损伤的研究进行总结归纳,为畜禽玉米赤霉烯酮中毒病致病机制研究及其综合防控提供理论指导。

Zearalenone(ZEN)is a kind of estrogen-like mycotoxins,which can produce multiple toxic effects on the body such as reproductive toxicity,genetic toxicity and immunotoxicity after being eaten by animals,especially reproductive toxicity.It has different reproductive system damage effects on male and female animals.A large amount of references show that the effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines such as saffron,lycopene,proanthocyanidins,silymarin and polydatin can reduce its toxicity and alleviate its toxic effects.In this paper,the toxic effects of zearalenone and the methods of alleviating the toxic damage of zearalenone were summarized,it provides theoretical guidance for the study of pathogenic mechanism and integrated prevention and control of zearalenone poisoning in livestock and poultry.
