330 MW燃煤机组脱硫废水旁路蒸发技术的应用评价 被引量:3

摘要 某电厂330 MW机组从SCR与空预器之间引出一定量的热烟气进入干燥塔,利用旁路蒸发技术实现了脱硫废水的零排放处理。对脱硫废水旁路蒸发技术的应用进行了评价,结果表明,满负荷工况下,蒸发5.1 m^(3)/h的脱硫废水需引出热烟气量约64896 m^(3)/h,干燥塔烟温由335℃降至205℃,干燥产物含水率为0.15%,脱硫废水氯去除和氯挥发的质量分数分别为87.7%和12.3%,粉煤灰中氯的平均质量分数约为0.28%,锅炉效率下降约0.55%。 A certain amount of hot flue gas was drawn from the SCR and the air preheater into the drying tower of 330 MW unit in a power plant,and the zero-discharge treatment of desulfurization wastewater was realized by the bypass evaporation technology.The application of bypass evaporation technology for desulfurization wastewater was evaluated,and the results showed that under full load conditions,the amount of hot gas required to evaporate 5.1 m^(3)/h of desulfurization wastewater was about 64896 m^(3)/h,the temperature of the drying tower was reduced from 335℃to 205℃,the moisture content of the dried products was 0.15%.The mass fractions of chlorine removal and chlorine volatilization in desulfurization wastewater were 87.7%and 12.3%,respectively.The average mass fraction of chlorine in fly ash was about 0.28%,and the boiler efficiency decreased about 0.55%.
