分子印迹电化学传感器在氨基酸对映体识别中的应用研究

摘要 分子印迹是一种将模板分子印迹在聚合物结构中,通过除去模板分子产生印迹腔的方法。印迹腔具有形状和化学识别记忆,类似于生物体中抗原抗体的识别机制。由于分子印迹聚合物(MIP)具有的独特的结构可预测性和出色的选择性,MIP已成为一个快速发展的研究领域,为生物小分子、大分子、甚至细胞和微生物的分离和识别提供一种解决方法。在这篇综述中,介绍了不同分子印迹构建方法制备的电化学传感器对氨基酸对映体的识别性能,详细展示了不同分子印迹电化学传感器如本体印迹,“虚拟”模板印迹等的制备过程和其相应的优缺点;总结了分子印迹电化学传感器在氨基酸对映体识别方面的优缺点;最后,提出了未来的研究和发展方向。 Molecular imprinting is a method of imprinting template molecules in a polymer structure and creating an imprinted cavity by removing the template molecules.The imprinting cavity has shape and chemical recognition memory,which is similar to the recognition mechanism of antigen and antibody in organisms.Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP)has become a rapidly developing research field,due to the unique structural predictability and excellent selectivity,it provides a new way for the separation and identification of small biological molecules,macromolecules,and even cells and microorganisms.This review introduces the recognition performance of electrochemical sensors prepared by different molecular imprinting construction methods for amino acid enantiomers,and particularly shows in detail the advantages and disadvantages of different molecular imprinting electrochemical sensor construction methods such as bulk imprinting,"virtual"template imprinting,and etc.It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensors in the recognition of amino acid enantiomers.Finally,it provides future research and development directions.
