摘要
离子迁移谱技术(IMS)具有灵敏度高、分析速度快、能耗低、易于小型化并且工作在大气压下等特点,被广泛应用于对毒品、爆炸物和化学战剂等毒害物质的检测和鉴定。该文对离子迁移谱仪的工作原理和产物离子产生过程进行了简要介绍,重点讲述了用于离子迁移谱仪的非射性电离技术,及非放射性电离源未来的发展趋势。
Ion mobility spectrometry(IMS)has the characteristics of high sensitivity,fast analysis,low energy consumption,easy miniaturization and atmospheric consumption,easy miniaturization and atmospheric pressure.It is widely used in the poisonous substances such as drugs,explosives and chemical warfare agents detection and identification.In this paper,the working principle of ion mobility spectrometer and the progress of product ion generation are briefly introduced.The non-ionizing ionization technique used in ion mobility spectrometer and the future development trend of non-radioactive ionization source are mainly described.
