矿渣立磨生产工艺的动态控制系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 矿渣立磨是矿渣微粉生产线的关键设备,运行中由于料层厚度不稳定,经常出现振动过大和堵料等异常情况,而且立磨是一个多变量、强耦合、响应慢的非线性系统,难以建立准确的数学模型。提出利用模糊控制技术对立磨进行动态控制,设计了针对料层厚度和立磨压差的动态控制系统;计算机仿真实验及现场实际应用效果表明,矿渣立磨动态控制系统有效地提高了立磨运行的平稳性和连续性,立磨运行异常的问题得以解决。 The slag vertical mill is the key equipment of slag powder production line.Due to uneven material layer thickness,abnormal situations such as excessive vibration and material blocking often occur in production.Moreover,the vertical mill is a nonlinear system with multivariable,strong coupling and slow response,and it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model.In this paper,we propose the fuzzy control technology be used to control the vertical mill dynamically,and the dynamic control system be designed with respect to the uneven material layer thickness and the vertical mill′s pressure difference.The results of computer simulation and actual application show that the dynamic control system of the slag vertical mill can effectively improve the stability and continuity of vertical mill production,and the problem of abnormal operations of the vertical mill has been solved.
