提升企业创新能力的二维产权制度研究

企业创新是物质资本要素与人力资本要素共同作用的结果。通过构建提升企业创新能力的二维产权制度模型的分析可以看出,物质资本产权制度供给和人力资本产权制度供给的增加都导致企业帕累托最优点向右上方移动,实现组织绩效在更高层次上的均衡,从而提升产权制度供给的产出即创新绩效。人力资本是企业创新中的关键要素,中国应努力增加企业人力资本产权制度供给来保障人力资本产权权益以期进一步提升企业的创新能力。

Enterprise innovation is an important innovation force in a country.It not only contributes a lot of innovation achievements,but also provides the necessary material basis for innovation in other fields such as national defense,education and so on.Enterprise innovation is the result of material capital and human capital.Through the analysis of building a two-dimensional property rights system model to enhance the innovation ability of enterprises,we can see that the increase of the supply of physical capital property rights system or the supply of human capital property rights system can make the Pareto optimality of enterprises move upward and to the right,so that the economic organizations can achieve equilibrium at a higher level,so as to enhance the output of the overall system supply of enterprises That is innovation performance.Human capital is the key element of enterprise innovation.When the supply of property rights system of material capital is sufficient,China should strive to increase the supply of property rights system of human capital to protect the property rights of human capital,so as to further enhance the innovation ability of enterprises.
