摘要
国际流行的四个大学排行榜的共性是:其评价指标涵括人才培养,师资队伍和办学资源,遵循高等教育的发展规律,抓住大学办学的基本特征,呈现大学排行榜对大学质量评价的合理性。四个大学排行榜在主导性指标及指标权重上具有差异,其根本原因是价值取向的不同。通过分析四个大学排行榜的共性与个性,得出结论:中国大学要强化对人才培养、师资队伍和办学资源的关注,持续促进大学的社会声誉和学科声誉的提升,重视大学评价的均值可比性及其过程导向。
The commonality of the four internationally popular university rankings is:their evaluation indicators all include talent training,faculty and university resources,which follow the development law of higher education,grasp the basic characteristics of university management,and demonstrate the rationality of university rankings for the evaluation of university quality.The four types of university rankings have differences in leading indicators and indicator weights,and the fundamental reason for the differences lies in the different value orientation.The enlightenment of the commonality and individuality of these university rankings to Chinese universities is that we should pay more attention to talent training,faculty and running resources,continue to promote the promotion of the university′s social reputation and academic reputation,and pay attention to the comparability of the average value of university evaluations and its process orientation.
