The level of the rule of law literacy of primary and secondary school teachers largely affects the effectiveness of teaching according to the law,youth legal education and the construction of the teaching team.Analyze the reasons for the current plight of the rule of law literacy of primary and secondary school teachers,and propose to improve the literacy of primary and middle school teachers by creating a good sociallegal environment,constructing a systematic and perfect pre-service legal education system,optimizing the level and mode of teachers'legal training.
