摘要
[目的/意义]对学者影响力评价指标p指数进行综合改进得到p_(new)指数,以提高人才影响力评价的公平性。[方法/过程]将学者署名顺序和是否为通信作者作为学者贡献度的考量指标,剔除自引频次,考虑高、低他引论文的不同贡献,以Scopus数据库为数据源,将60名青年学者整个学术生涯的论文产出作为研究对象,通过实证分析和相关性分析验证p_(new)指数的合理性。[结果/结论]p_(new)指数能够更加客观地体现学者的被引数量与其对文章的贡献,同时更加有效地筛选出高他引作者。
[Purpose/significance]In order to improve the fairness of scholar influence evaluation,the p_(new)-index is obtained by improving the p-index comprehensively.[Method/process]The p_(new)-index calculate the author’s contribution rate based on the scholar’s order of signature and whether he is the corresponding author.The p_(new)-index excludes the frequency of self citations and considers the different contributions between high cited papers and low cited papers.The academic papers of 60 young scholars in their whole academic career from Scopus database are selected as the research objects.The rationality of p_(new)-index is verified by empirical analysis and correlation analysis.[Result/conclusion]The p_(new)-index can reflect the number of citations and the scholar’s contribution to the article more objectively,and it is more effective at screening out highly cited authors at the same time.
