摘要
厘清城市房价对人才吸引力的影响机制,对破解人才集聚困境具有重要意义。结合中国69个样本城市房价中位数、居民可支配收入、人才吸引力指数的匹配数据,实证检验城市房价对人才吸引力的影响。研究发现,随着城市房价上涨,人才吸引力经历先上升后下降的过程,呈现倒U型曲线关系。中国多数城市正处于发展速度放缓阶段,需要进一步完善发展规划、科学引导人才流动。
It is of great significance to clarify the influence mechanism of urban housing price on talent attraction and to solve the dilemma of talent agglomeration.Combined with the matching data of median housing price,the disposable income of residents and talent attraction index of 69 sample cities in China,this paper empirically tested the influence of urban housing price on talent attraction.The study found that with the increase of urban housing price,talent attraction experienced a process of rising first and then falling,showing an inverted Ushaped curve relationship.Most cities in China are in the stage of slowing down their development speed,so they need to further improve their development planning and scientifically guide the flow of talents.
