吉西他滨联合表柔比星对宫颈癌患者的疗效及血清Th1/Th2细胞因子水平的影响

Effects of gemcitabine combined with epirubicin on the clinical efficacy and serum Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with cervical cancer

目的探讨吉西他滨联合表柔比星对宫颈癌患者临床疗效及血清Th1/Th2细胞因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年4月该院收治的宫颈癌患者92例,根据治疗药物的不同分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组应用表柔比星治疗,研究组应用吉西他滨联合表柔比星治疗,比较两组血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)水平,临床疗效,以及外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子水平。结果治疗后,研究组血清CA125、CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组Th1细胞因子水平高于对照组,Th2细胞因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吉西他滨联合表柔比星治疗宫颈癌疗效明显,并可在一定程度上改善血清Th1/Th2细胞因子水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of gemcitabine combined with epirubicin on clinical efficacy and serum Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 92 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different therapeutic drugs,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with epirubicin,while the study group was treated with gemcitabine combined with epirubicin.The levels of serum CA125,CEA,CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag,clinical efficacy and peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cytokines were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum CA125,CEA,CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of Th1 cytokines in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of Th2 cytokines in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with epirubicin is effective in the treatment of cervical cancer,and could improve the level of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines to a certain extent.
