经皮椎间孔镜技术联合藤黄健骨胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Clinical effect of percutaneous foraminoscopy combined with Tenghuang Jiangu Capsule in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients

目的分析经皮椎间孔镜技术联合藤黄健骨胶囊在治疗中老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月在该院脊柱外科住院的腰椎间盘突出症患者92例。将接受经皮椎间孔镜技术联合藤黄健骨胶囊治疗的48例患者纳入观察组,接受单纯经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗的44例患者纳入对照组。比较两组术前1 d,以及术后3 d、5 d、3个月、6个月腰背痛和下肢痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分),术前1 d和术后1、3、6个月Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果所有患者均获得满意随访,随访时间为6~12个月,平均(10.2±2.4)个月。术后3 d观察组腰背痛VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1、3个月观察组ODI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术联合藤黄健骨胶囊对腰椎间盘突出症患者有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous foraminoscopy combined with Tenghuang Jiangu Capsule in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,92 patients with lumbar disc herniation hospitalized in the spinal surgery department of the hospital were selected.Forty-eight patients who received percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with Tenghuang Jiangu Capsule were included in the observation group,and 44 patients who received percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy alone were included in the control group.VAS scores for low back pain and lower limb pain were compared between the two groups 1 d before surgery,3 d,5 d,3 months and 6 months after surgery,and ODI was compared 1 d before surgery and 1,3,and 6 months after surgery.Results All the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,with an average of(10.2±2.4)months.The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 3 d after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ODI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1 and 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with Tenghuang Jiangu Capsule has a good clinical effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients.
