摘要
阐述了脑卒中致残率之高和康复机器人在辅助康复训练中的重要地位,详细介绍了不同康复机器人辅助脑卒中患者改善偏瘫步态的可能机制、临床研究以及关键技术,指出了康复机器人辅助脑卒中患者步态重建在临床应用中的优势与不足,展望了康复机器人未来应向智能化、精准化、便捷化、家庭化发展,以更好地辅助脑卒中患者步态重建训练。
The high disability rate of stroke and the importance of the rehabilitation robot in assisting rehabilitation training were described.The possible mechanisms,clinical researches and key technologies of different rehabilitation robots to assist stroke patients in improving hemiplegic gait were expounded in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of the rehabilitation robot in the clinical application of gait reconstruction for stroke patients were explored.It's pointed out the rehabilitation robot tended to have intelligent,precise,convenient and home-based application to assist the gait reconstruction training of stroke patients.
