Innovative Measures for Ethnic Work in the New Era: Research Progress and Future Approach of Ethnic Embedding Pattern

建构民族互嵌格局是党和国家为"坚持促进各民族交往交流交融,不断铸牢中华民族共同体意识"而提出的重大创新举措,是对新时代民族事务治理体系的深刻认识和全面把握,引起了学术界的高度关注。本文基于学术界已有的研究成果,阐明民族互嵌格局的内在逻辑,从构成要素和价值内涵两个维度,提出民族互嵌格局的体系框架。在理论向度和实践探索两个层面,总结梳理国内学术界关于民族互嵌格局的研究动态,指出民族互嵌格局研究领域的薄弱点。未来关于民族互嵌格局的理论研究应当从六个维度入手:依循民族互嵌格局的现实背景,揭明民族互嵌格局的理论渊源,厘清民族互嵌格局的历史演进,转变民族互嵌格局的研究范式,凝练民族互嵌格局的本土经验及提升民族互嵌格局的治理效能等,为深化民族互嵌格局的理论研究提供方法论镜鉴。

The construction of ethnic embedding pattern is a major innovation proposed by the Party and the country to "promoting exchanges and integration of all ethnic groups and constantly strengthening the awareness of the community consciousness of the Chinese nation". It is a profound and comprehensive understanding of the ethnic affairs governance system in the new era that has attracted high attention from the academic circles. The paper is based on the existing academic research achievements, clarifies the internal logic of ethnic embedding pattern from the two dimensions of constituent elements and value connotation, constructs a conceptual system framework for the ethnic embedding pattern. At two levels of theoretical orientation and practical exploration, it summarizes and reviews the domestic research dynamics of ethnic embedding pattern, and points out the weakened aspects in the research field of ethnic embedding pattern.Future theoretical research on ethnic embedding pattern should be fulfilled from six dimensions: basing on the realistic background of ethnic embedding pattern, revealing the theoretical origin of the pattern, clarifying the historical evolution of the pattern, changing the research paradigm of the pattern, condensing local experience and improving the governance efficiency of ethnic embedding pattern, providing references for deepening the theoretical research of the pattern.
