山羊骨调素基因外显子6多态性与繁殖性状相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以208只肥羔型黑山羊繁殖母羊为研究对象,采用PCR-SSCP方法,分析了骨调素基因外显子6的多态性,并与母羊胎盘性状、窝产羔数等繁殖性状进行了相关性研究.结果表明,肥羔型黑山羊的胎盘效率随窝产羔数的增加而提高,子叶密度随窝产羔数的增加而降低.肥羔型黑山羊骨调素基因外显子6存在AA、AB、BB三种基因型,由第69 bp处G/C颠换和第84 bp处A/G转换的突变引起.骨调素基因外显子6多态性显著影响山羊的繁殖性状(p<0.05). In 208 fat-lamb goats,the polymorphisms of exon 6 of OPN gene were analyzed by PCR-SSCP method,and the association of OPN gene exon 6 and reproductive traits of ewes was studied.The results showed that the placental efficiency of goat increased with the increase of litter size,while the cotyledon density decreased with the increase of litter size.There were two SNPs at the 69 bp(G/C)and 84 bp(A/G),which formed three genotypes in exon 6 of OPN gene.The polymorphism of exon 6 of OPN gene had a significant effect on placental traits and litter size of goats(p<0.05).
