蒽醌共价改性碳纤维显著改善电催化产过氧化氢性能 被引量:1

摘要 电催化原位产过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2)),因具有清洁、安全等优点而引起持续关注.但是该法因难以同时满足高活性及优良重复使用性而限制其获得广泛应用.因此,制备了蒽醌共价改性碳纤维为电催化电极.实验结果表明,蒽醌共价改性碳纤维不仅大幅提升产H_(2)O_(2)活性与重复使用性.其中,蒽醌用量20%制备的材料(20%AQ-PCFs)催化性能最佳,反应60 min后H_(2)O_(2)的累计浓度最高达到50.5 mg/L,为未改性碳纤维的2倍,同时循环使用4次后活性仅下降4.5%.显著提升的活性来自于氧还原起始电位和极限电流密度的提高,分别提高了65 mV、0.41 mA/cm^(2).而优良的重复使用性,来自于蒽醌与碳纤维间稳定的共价键作用.研究结果对于制备合成高效电催化产双氧水电极材料具有较重要的借鉴作用. Electrocatalytic in-situ generation of H_(2)O_(2)has attracted increasing attention because the method possesses such advantages as environmental-friendliness and safety.However,the method could not meet simultaneously both the demand of high activity and excellent reusability,which severely restricts its actual application.Therefore,anthraquinone covalently modified carbon fiber was synthesized.The material demonstrated a significantly improved eletrocatalytic performance for H_(2)O_(2)generation.Among all the counterparts,20% AQ-PCFs prepared with AQ loading of 20%,illustrated the optimal performance.The cumulative concentration of H_(2)O_(2)reached up to 50.5 mg/L after reaction for 60 minutes,nearly 2.0-fold higher than the pristine.The enhanced activity originated from the fact that the initial potential and limiting current density was increased by 65.0 mV and 0.41 mA/cm^(2),respectively.Meanwhile,the improved reusability was ascribed to powerful covalent bond.The present work would lay a solid basis for the preparation of electrode material with satisfactory performance for H_(2)O_(2)generation.
