张弦梁结构基于有限元仿真的索力推定与频率法简化测试方法

摘要 基于有限元仿真建立张弦梁整体模型还原了索的边界条件,通过对不同假定索力下的结构频率进行试算得出了索力-频率关系,即可推定某实测频率下的索力值。对某张弦梁结构进行了测试,对比了简化边界条件后基于频率法的索力计算值与基于有限元仿真的索力推定值,验证了在工程中将张弦结构索力测试简化为在平面内测试一段两端铰接的短索可满足工程应用需求。 Boundary conditions of the restoration cable of the overall model based on finite element simulation,the cable force-frequency relationship can be obtained by trial calculation of the structural frequency under different assumed cable forces,and the cable force value at a certain measured frequency can be estimated.The cable force of a certain beam-string structure was measured,and the boundary conditions were simplified by the frequency method to simplify the two ends of the hinged short cable in the plane.The calculated cable force based on frequency method after simplifying the boundary conditions is compared with the estimated cable force based on finite element simulation.Simplified the boundary conditions into short cables hinged at both ends,and then calculating the cable force can meet the needs of general engineering.
