沿海地区变电站户外混凝土构支架耐久性面临的技术问题和解决对策 被引量:3

摘要 为有效解决变电站户外构支架耐久性修复加固问题,工程中出现了新技术模式、整体加固、综合技术、系统修复方案、成套技术等解决方法,提升了耐久性修复加固效果。本文针对沿海地区变电站户外构支架耐久性面临的环境作用确定、耐久性缺陷与损伤的检测鉴定、修复与加固标准和依据三个方面技术问题,分析了存在的对多种不利环境因素耦合缺乏考虑、既有混凝土构件外观缺陷与损伤和钢筋锈蚀检测鉴定不够以及耐久性修复加固技术缺乏依据和针对性不足等问题,提出了制订变电站户外构支架混凝土耐久性修补及防护的技术标准、开展户外构支架混凝土耐久性研究等解决对策。 In order to effectively solve the problem of durability repair and strenthening of outdoor structural support of substation,new technology mode,overall strenthening,comprehensive technology,system repair scheme,complete set of technology and other solutions have emerged in the project,which improves the effect of durability repair and strenthening.Based on the three technical problems of environmental action determination,durability defect and damage detection and identification,repair and strenthening standard and basis of outdoor substation structural durability in coastal area,this paper analyzes the existing problems,such as the lack of consideration of coupling of various adverse environmental factors,the lack of appearance defect and damage of existing concrete components,the lack of detection and identification of steel corrosion,and the durability repair and strenthening technology lack of basis and pertinence.The paper puts forward the need of technical standards for repairing and protecting the durability of outdoor structural support concrete in substation,and the solutions for carrying out the research on the durability of outdoor structural support concrete.
