摘要
唐钢二钢轧厂对1号方坯连铸机钢包回转台进行了改造,并加装了大包保护浇注装置,已具备了生产H08焊条钢的能力,但在实际生产过程中,浇铸第一包时铸坯经常出现气泡废品。本文结合H08钢的特点,分析了铸坯气泡的来源和生成机理,提出了控制铸坯中气泡的工艺优化措施。通过优化转炉冶炼工艺、控制喂丝处理后的氧含量在25~35 ppm、更换中间包镁质板粘结剂材质、中间包开浇前进行氩气吹扫等措施,取得了很好的效果,气泡废品废品率由1.25%降低到0.03%。
The ladle turret of No.1 billet continuous casting machine was reformed in Tanggang second steelmaking and rolling plant,and the ladle protection pouring device is installed,which has already the ability to produce H08 electrode steel,but in the actual production process,the billet waste with pinhole often occurs when casting first ladle of molten steel.Combining with the characteristics of H08 steel,this paper analyzes the source and formation mechanism of pinhole in the billet,and puts forward the process optimization measures to control the pinhole in the billet.By taking optimize the converter smelting process,control the oxygen content after wire feeding treatment at 25~35ppm,change the binder material of tundish magnesium material board,blow argon clean before tundish pouring and other measures,achieved very good results,the pinhole waste rate was reduced from 1.25%to 0.03%.
