超低碳钢边部线状缺陷分析及控制

摘要 唐钢新区2050产线生产的超低碳热轧钢带边部频繁出现“线”状缺陷,该缺陷在后续冷轧加工过程中很容易造成冷轧和断带事故。本文对超低碳热轧钢带边部线状缺陷宏观样貌进行了描述,通过生产过程试验分析、缺陷位置断面的显微分析以及缺陷部位电镜扫描和能谱分析,确定了超低碳钢热轧钢带边部线状缺陷在轧线上产生的部位和产生的原因,并给出了具体的解决措施。通过提高坯料出炉温度、减少中间坯角部过程温降等措施,降低了中间坯料角部“翻边”和热轧钢带边部线状缺陷的产生的可能性。 The edge of ultra-low carbon hot rolled strip produced by 2050 hot rolling production line in Tanggang new area often has"linear"defects,which are easy to cause cold rolling and strip breaking accidents in the subsequent cold rolling process.In this paper,described the macro appearance of edge linear defects of ultra-low carbon hot rolled steel strip,and by production process test analysis,microscopic analysis of defect position section,electron microscope scanning and energy spectrum analysis,determined the produced position and cause of edge linear defects of ultra-low carbon hot rolled strip on the rolling line,given the specific solutions.By increasing the discharge temperature of the billet and reducing the temperature drop in the process of the corner of the intermediate billet,reduced the possibility engendered of"edge curl"at the corner of the intermediate billet and linear defects at the edge of the hot-rolled strip.
