摘要
为生产具有良好安全性能的桥梁结构钢,新钢公司采用低碳+Nb、V、Mo微合金化成分设计,TMCP和TMCP+T处理工艺,研制出强度、韧性、时效性和可焊接性良好的厚规格Q420qE桥梁钢。本文根据Q420qE钢的性能要求,设计了Q420qE钢的化学成分和实验方法,并对实验结果进行了分析。通过不同回火温度对TMCP钢板性能影响的分析,确定了Q420qE钢最佳的回火热处理工艺,即回火温度650℃、保温2小时,可以得到组织均匀、性能良好、质量稳定,适合钢结构加工、焊接的桥梁用钢。
To produce structural steel for bridge with good safety performance,the bridge steel of thick specification Q420qE was developed which have good strength,toughness,effectiveness properties,weldability,by using low carbon+Nb/V/Mo microalloying composition design in Xinyu iron and steel company,TMCP and TMCP+tempering processing technics.This paper,according to the performance requirements of q420qE steel,designed the chemical composition and experimental method of q420qE steel,and analyzed the experimental results.Through analyzing the effects of different tempering temperatures on the properties of TMCP steel plate,determined the best tempering heat treatment process of q420qE steel,that is,the tempering temperature 650℃and holding for 2 hours,can get bridge steel which uniform structure,good performance,stable qualitythe and suitable for steel structure processing and welding.
