There are a large number of gas pipe networks and facilities in the area of Tangshan stainless steel company,and installed fixed gas alarms instrument in key gas areas to prevent gas leakage and poisoning accidents happening.This paper introduces a simple gas alarm instrument networking system,the system collects and stores the on-site gas alarm data through serial port converter or computer,then realizing web page display and WeChat work group information push,and finally realizing the on-line monitoring of gas alarm information.The operation of the gas alarm instrument network system in Tangshan stainless steel company has improved the management and control ability of the management personnel to the gas alarm system of the whole plant,and enhanced the safety guarantee ability of on-site personnel.
