摘要
钢铁行业中烧结工序污染物占有组织排放污染物的60%以上,SCR脱硝工艺为钢铁工业的超低排放起到了重要贡献,但同时也存在能耗大、碳排放高等问题。本文对SCR系统的节能降碳路径进行了探索,提出了SCR补燃系统低碳改造的措施。通过在SCR补燃加热系统增设等离子点火-内置式直燃炉的改造,节能降碳效果明显,节能达到20%以上,同时减少了烧结烟气中CO的排放。本文同时指出了直燃炉改造存在着一系列技术难题,需要合理有效的解决,否则,不仅不能节能,而且会带来其它问题。
In the iron and steel industry,the pollutants in the sintering process account for more than 60%of organized emissions pollutants,the SCR denitration process plays an important role in ultra-low emissions of the steel and iron industry,but it also has problems such as high energy consumption and high carbon emission.This paper explores the energy-saving and carbon reduction path of SCR system,and puts forward the low-carbon transformation measures of SCR supplementary combustion system.Through the transformation of adding plasma ignition built-in direct combustion furnace in SCR supplementary combustion heating system,the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction is obvious,the energy saving is more than 20%,and reduced the emission of CO in sintering flue gas.At the same time,this paper also points out that there are a series of technical problems in the transformation of direct combustion furnace,which need to be solved reasonably and effectively,otherwise,not only does it not save energy,but also bring other problems.
