摩托车用催化转化器转化性能影响因子的分析与研究

摘要 催化转化器作为摩托车排放污染物控制关键零部件,是主要的机外净化装置,其对排放污染物的转化能力直接影响着摩托车的排放性能优劣,为此准确掌握摩托车用催化转化器转化性能的影响因子,将有助于更好地完成翠环转化器产品的开发,本文通过对催化转化器分类、结构、工作原理、工作环境等进行综合分析,研究得出影响摩托车用催化转化器转化性能影响因子为包括贵金属含量、贵金属涂覆工艺、储氧材料等8个方面,并给出了如何更好的开发催化转化器产品的建议。 Catalytic converter,as a key component for motorcycle emission control,is the main external purification device.Its ability to convert emission pollutants directly affects the emission performance of motorcycles.Therefore,to accurately grasp the influencing factors of the conversion performance of the catalytic converter of motorcycle will help to better complete the development of the converter product.This article covers a comprehensive analysis on the classification,structure,working principle,and working environment of the catalytic converter,and it finds that the conversion performance factors include the factors in 8 aspects(precious metal content,precious metal coating technology,and oxygen storage materials etc.).It also gives suggestions on how to better develop catalytic converter products.
