摘要
介绍了Quais 3D-2D法的基本原理,采用有限元仿真分析了不同截面个数对AFPMM电磁性能计算精度的影响.制作了一台样机,实测空载反电势及负载转矩等电磁性能,结果与采用Quais 3D-2D法和相应截面数的计算结果能够较好吻合,为AFPMM的快速精确计算和优化提供了参考.
This paper first introduces the basic principle of quais 3 D-2 D method.Then, the influence of different section number on the calculation accuracy of afpmm electromagnetic performance is analyzed by finite element simulation.Finally, a prototype is made to measure the no-load back EMF,load torque and other electromagnetic properties.The results are in good agreement with the calculation results using the quais 3 D-2 D method and the corresponding section number, which provides a reference for the rapid and accurate calculation and optimization of afpmm.
