市场机制和政府引导下体育产学研协同创新:演化博弈及仿真分析

Collaborative Innovation of Sports Industry and University Research under the Guidance of Market Mechanism and Government:Evolutionary Game and Simulation Analysis

产学研协同创新是促进国家社会经济发展的重要动力,也是驱动我国体育产业创新发展的关键.为推动我国体育产学研协同创新稳定发展,基于演化博弈理论和方法,从市场机制与政府引导2种情景分析了体育企业和学研机构协同创新的演化博弈决策行为,并对双方决策行为进行稳定性分析.理论研究与数值仿真结果表明:在市场机制下,违约赔偿金比例、收益与成本的分配比例对体育产学研协同创新的驱动效果显著,但作用机制不同;在政府引导下,合理的资金支持力度与处罚金额能有效提高体育企业和学研机构参与协同创新的主动性、积极性,促进体育产学研协同创新的稳定发展.

Industry-university collaborative innovation is an important driving force to promote national social and economic development, and also the key to drive the innovation and development of China’s sports industry. In order to promote the stable development of the collaborative innovation of sports industry and university research in China, based on the evolutionary game theory and method, this paper analyzes the evolutionary game decision-making behavior of sports-research collaborative innovation from scenarios of market mechanism and government guidance, and analyzes the stability of decision-making behaviors in both cases. The results of theoretical research and numerical simulation show that under the market mechanism, the proportion of liquidated damages and the distribution proportion of income and cost have significant driving effects on the industry-university collaborative innovation, but the mechanism is different;whereas under the guidance of the government, reasonable financial support and penalty amount can effectively improve the initiative and enthusiasm of sports enterprises and research institutions to participate in collaborative innovation, and promote the stable development of the industry-university collaborative innovation.
