充分利用大国优势加快构建新发展格局

Making Full Use of China’s Large-Country Advantages and Accelerating the Creation of a New Development Pattern Wu Shanlin

人口规模和资源结构相异的国家,通常具有不同发展模式。其中,大国具有独特的优势。通过新中国成立70多年以来,特别是改革开放40多年以来的发展,我国已经成长为超大型国家,人均GDP接近于世界平均水平且仍在稳定、较快增长。这就历史地提出了怎样充分利用大国优势的问题。对此,发展大国技术乃关键一环。大国技术是复杂性技术大系统,其发展有助于开辟国内国际双循环互促共进的局面,以获得本地市场效应。因此,在新发展阶段,我国必须高度重视发展大国技术,并尽快实现商业化和国际化应用。为此,我们既要从新型举国体制中获得体系性支撑,又要借助市场机制将利益落到实处。

Countries with different population sizes and resource structures usually have different development models.Among them,the large countries have unique advantages.Through the development since the founding of New China over 70 years ago,especially after the reform and opening up was adopted over 40 years ago,China has grown into a super large country,with per capita GDP close to the world average level and still growing steadily and rapidly.This has historically raised the question of how to make full use of China’s current advantages as a great power.In this regard,the development of large-country technology is a key link,and involves a large system of complex technology.Its development helps to open up a situation of smooth internal and external circulation that promote each other,so as to obtain the local market effect.Therefore,in the new development stage,China must attach great importance to the development of large-country technologies as well as their commercialization and international application as soon as possible.We should not only obtain systematic support from the new national system,but also materialize our interests with the help of market mechanism.
