文化自信是一个国家、一个民族发展中更基本、更深沉、更持久的力量,能够塑造最广泛的国家认同、民族认同和最真挚的情感认同,对于一个国家的重要作用不仅体现在世事祥和、国运昌平的发展阶段,还能够在国家处于内忧外患、形势环境诡谲复杂的动荡阶段中,起到中流砥柱般的支撑作用。当前,我国面临各种威胁和挑战的联动效应比历史上任何时候都要突出,防范化解当下重大风险,需要文化自信发挥关键性的支撑作用。其中包括意识形态的免疫作用、符号认同的聚合作用、意义理念的动员作用以及思想智识的武装作用。通过诸种作用合力,才能成功打赢防范化解重大风险之战。

Cultural self-confidence is a more basic,deeper and more lasting force in the development of a country and a nation.It can shape the broadest national identity and the most sincere emotional identity.Its important effect to a country is not only reflected in the development stage where peace and prosperity takes hold,but also in the turbulent stage where it can play a mainstay role in addressing the internal and external troubles and the complex situation.At present,the linkage effect of various threats and challenges facing China is more prominent than at any time in history.To prevent and resolve the current major risks,cultural self-confidence needs to play a key supporting role.It includes the immunity of ideology,the aggregation of symbolic identity,the mobilization of meaning ideas and the stimulating role of thought and intellect.Through the joint efforts,we can successfully win the war of preventing and resolving major risks.
