摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮不同蛋白水平对麒麟母鸡肠道发育的影响,确定肠道发育的适宜粗蛋白质水平。选取200只1日龄体重相近且健康的麒麟母鸡,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。配制5个蛋白水平(15%、17%、19%、21%、23%)饲粮进行饲喂试验,能量水平均为12.40 MJ/kg。饲养期12 w。结果显示,日粮不同蛋白水平对4 w麒麟鸡肠道长度、相对长度、肠道质量和相对质量以及肠道组织形态有影响显著,4组、5组的空肠、回肠的肠道长度显著高于1组(P<0.05),4组、5组十二指肠与回肠的肠道质量显著高于1组(P<0.05),3组空肠肠道质量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。3组的十二指肠的绒毛高度与绒毛高度/隐窝深度值最高,4组空肠V/C值显著高于1组、2组、5组(P<0.05),3组、4组回肠V/C值显著高于1组、2组(P<0.05)。日粮蛋白水平对12 w麒麟母鸡各肠段发育无影响。研究表明,麒麟母鸡生长前期日粮适宜中蛋白质水平为19%~21%,后期为17%~19%。
The experiment studied the effect of different dietary protein levels on development of intestinal tract of frizzled hens,the appropriate crude protein level for intestinal development was determined.2001-day-old frizzled hens with similar body weight and healthy were selected and randomly divided into five groups,with four replicates in each group,ten chickens in each replicate.Formulated 5 protein levels(15%,17%,19%,21%,23%)for feeding experiment.The energy level was 12.40 MJ/kg,and the feeding period last for 12 w.The results showed that different dietary protein levels could influence the intestinal length,relative length,intestinal quality and relative quality,and intestinal tissue morphology of 4 w frizzled hens,the intestinal length of the jejunum and ileum in group 4 and group 5 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),and the intestinal quality of duodenum and ileum in group 4 and group 5 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05).The quality of jejunum in group 3 was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).The villi height and villus height/crypt depth of the duodenum in group 3 were the highest.The V/C value of the jejunum in group 4 was significantly higher than that of group1,group 2 and group 5(P<0.05).The V/C value of ileum was significantly higher than that of group 1 and group 2(P<0.05).Dietary protein levels not influence the development of intestinal segments in 12 w frizzled hens.The experiment indicates that the optimal protein level of kirin hens in the early stage of growth is 19%~21%,and that of the late stage is 17%~19%.
