黄腐酸对水貂生长和毛皮性能的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加黄腐酸对水貂生长性能和毛皮性能的影响。选取日龄和体重相近的健康断奶仔貂120只,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只水貂。试验期90 d。对照组水貂饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.3%的黄腐酸。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组水貂末重和平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组水貂体长与皮长显著增加(P<0.05)。试验组水貂血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在水貂的基础日粮中添加0.3%黄腐酸可以提高水貂平均日增重,缩短水貂皮的熟皮时间,增加水貂鲜皮皮张的长度,提高免疫功能。 The experiment studied the effect of fulvic acid on growth and fur performance of minks.120 healthy weaned minks with similar age and body weight were randomly divided into two groups,with three replicates in each group and20 minks in each replicate.The minks in control group were fed with basal diet,and the experimental group added 0.3%fulvic acid in basal diet.The experiment lasted for 90 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the final body weight and average daily gain of minks in experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the body length and skin length of minks in experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The content of total protein,albumin and globulin in serum of minks in experimental group were significantly increased than that of control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding 0.3%fulvic acid in basal diet of minks can increase the average daily gain,shorten the ripening time,increase the length of fresh mink skins and improve immunologic function.
