金荞麦主要生理功能及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展

Research progress of main physiological functions of golden-buckwheat and its application in animal production

金荞麦是药饲两用的草本植物,含有黄酮、皂苷等多种生物活性成分,具有抗病毒、抗菌、抑瘤、抗氧化等生理功能。金荞麦作为非常规饲料原料替代部分日粮可以改善动物生产性能,增强动物免疫力。文章就金荞麦在动物生产中的应用进行综述,为金荞麦的开发利用提供参考。

Golden-buckwheat is a kind of herb which can be used for medicine and forage.The golden-buckwheat contains flavonoids,saponins and other biological active components,and has physiological functions such as antivirus,antimicrobial,anti-tumor and anti-oxidation.As an unconventional feed material to replace part of the diet,golden buckwheat can improve production performance and animal immunity of animals.In the paper,the main physiological functions of golden-buckwheat and its application in animal production were reviewed to provide reference for the development and utilization of buckwheat in the future.
