摘要
中草药具有低药物残留、无毒、无不良反应和无抗药性等优点。研究生产无抗生素残留的牛肉及奶产品的具有重要意义。文章综述中草药及其提取物的作用和对牛的生长性能、免疫力、抗应激反应和畜产品品质的影响,为解决抗生素残留问题、生产绿色安全的牛肉及奶产品提供参考。
Chinese herbal medicine has the advantages of low drug residues,toxicants,adverse reactions and no drug resistance.It is of great significance to study the production of beef and dairy products without antibiotic residues.The paper reviews the functions of Chinese herbal medicines and its extracts and the effect on growth performance,immunity,anti-stress response and product quality of cattle,and provides references for solving the problem of antibiotic residues and producing green,safe beef and dairy products.
