从燥辨治湿疹

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Eczema from Dryness Theory

目前临床多从风、湿、热等论治湿疹,常忽视燥邪的重要性。本文通过分析燥邪与湿疹发病病因、作用机理、治法方药和临床意义四方面的相关性,探讨其在湿疹发病中的作用,认为内外燥均可引起湿疹,因此从燥论治湿疹具有重要临床意义。

At present,clinical treatment of eczema is mainly based on wind pathogen,humidity pathogen and heat pathogen,but ignores the importance of dryness pathogen.This article discussed the relationship between dryness and eczema in the etiology,mechanism of action,therapies and clinical significance,and explored its role in the pathogenesis of eczema.It concluded that both internal and external dryness pathogen can cause the onset of eczema,so it is of great clinical significance to treat eczema from the perspective of dryness pathogen.
