城市社区治理中居民参与样态与引导策略探究

On the Strategies of Residents’Participation and Guiding in Urban Community Governance

如何创新社区治理体系,推动居民参与共治,在当下仍是理论和实践的难题。通过对三个典型社区进行分析,发现居民在参与社区治理过程中能够进行适应性调整,发挥主观能动性。基于调查分析,提出了拓宽社区居民参与渠道、完善社区居民参与社区治理制度体系、提升社区居民参与社区治理的能力三条对策性建议。

How to innovate the community governance system and promote residents’participation in shared governance is still a theoretical and practical challenge at present.Through the analysis of three typical communities,it is found that residents are able to make adaptive adjustments and exert subjective initiative in the process of participating in community governance.Based on the investigation and analysis,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the participatory community governance model of residents by enhancing participation capacity,broadening participation channels,and improving the participation system as the entry point.
