摘要
为了提高医用阻燃材料的安全质量,选择熔喷工艺制备聚酰胺6/六氯环三磷腈(PA6/HCCP)非织造布,并对其组织形貌进行了表征,最后测试了隔热效果。研究结果表明:随着HCCP含量持续提高,纤维内的磷、氮含量升高,显著增强协同效果,得到了阻燃性能更优的PA6纤维;添加HCCP后非织造布的厚度以及面密度发生了降低;DTG曲线表明PA6/HCCP峰值下降了约24℃,阻燃PA6/HCCP非织造布热导率为0.076 W/(m·K);加入HCCP之后也未引起PA6熔喷工艺的明显改变,PA6/HCCP纤维网成网均匀性好。
In order to improve the safety quality of medical flame retardant materials, the non-woven PA6/HCCP was prepared by melt-blown process and its microstructure was characterized. Finally, the heat insulation effect was tested. The results showed that with the continuous increase of HCCP content, the content of phosphorus and nitrogen in the fiber increased, which significantly enhanced the synergistic effect and obtained better flame retardant PA6 fiber. After adding HCCP, the thickness and mass per unit area of nonwoven fabrics also decreased. The DTG curve showed that the peak value of PA6/HCCP decreased by about24 ℃. The thermal conductivity of flame retardant PA6/HCCP non-woven fabric is 0.076 W/(m·K). After adding HCCP, the PA6 melt-blown process does not change significantly. The PA6/HCCP fiber web has good net uniformity.
